BIOGLAN Strong Bones is formulated with 3 key bone health ingredients to support mineralisation.

This 2-a-day tablet offers a high amount of Calcium with Vitamin D3 and double protected, microencapsulated K2, which supports calcium absorption into the bones.

Supplementation can be of benefit to those following a diet which may be low in calcium such as dairy free or vegan.

DIRECTIONS: **Adults: Take 2 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
