Returns
We take all precautions possible to prevent breakage in transit. In the unlikely event of an item being damaged, please contact us with photos so we can resolve any issues.
Should there be any issues, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
Due to the nature of our products, please understand that we do not accept returned items that have been opened.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we accept returns for change of mind as long as the product is in original condition (unopened, unused, sealed etc). The buyer is responsible for postage costs associated with the return and to ensure the products are wrapped safely and securely as damaged products cannot be refunded.
Please note, where postage is included in the final price (of the original order) for ‘Free Postage’ items, refunds will be made by deducting the original postage cost from the total value.
